HOW Festival konferencija je koja okuplja direktore hotela, voditelje hotelskih odjela te direktore operacija iz cijele regije. Glavni cilj konferencije je prenijeti trendove u hotelskim operacijama, prezentirati primjere dobre prakse te osigurati umrežavanje sudionika, a i ove godine u Petrčanima se očekuje više od 500 sudionika.
U prvom dijelu programa sudionike očekuju diskusije poput : „Shaping the Hospitality Landscape: Exploring Global Trends in Hotel Operations" te „Driving Success in Hotel Operations: Perspectives from the Top” gdje će saznati koji su najnoviji trenovi u hotelskim operacijama, dok ih u drugom dijelu programa očekuju paralelne panel diskusije posvećene hotelskim odjelima, speed networking te zabavni program: pub quiz te party uz live bend.
